A four page newspaper describing the events related to the social groups and athletic clubs of the Fisk Tire Company for the week of July 9, 1920. Fisk Park is ready to open for the 1920 summer season and page one is totally dedicated to this event. Headlines proclaim the playground is ready for the children to enjoy, the handball courts are in top shape, the factory baseball circuit has six teams and Mother's Day will be the first Friday of the season. Page two leads off with employee notes, a story about a call for tennis candidates, some safety suggestions and the Red Tops win another game. The track team and its feats highlight page three. Photographs from the latest meet stretch along the bottom of the page. On page we four we are treated to stories about the track team eating a full chicken dinner, Ewald Saul swims the Chicopee River for a dollar, the Non-Skids lose in the ninth inning and there will be free skeet-shooting shells for any Fisker on Park Night. A photograph of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Wilson and attendants also appears on the page.
