Wednesday, December 20, 2017 - 6:00pm to 8:00pm

Whether you are a beginner or an expert in the kitchen these tips for safe and healthy eating will ensure you know all the latest recommendations. How can you safely transport food to a holiday gathering? How can you safely serve food buffet style? How long is food safe to eat when refrigerated. How can you keep your kitchen clean and healthy? This class will be taught by an expert from the FDA. This program is part of our "Combining Good Ingredients" LSTA Grant. This program was made possible in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services. The grant is administered through the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners.
