The front reads " Twenty-sixth triennial reunion, Alumni Association, Chicopee High School, Saturday, June 21st, 1941, Seventy-fifth Anniversary." The inside lists the lyrics for a song titled "All Together Again," as well as a program of events. The program features several pieces from alumni ranging from the class of 1888 through the class of 1942. The back of the program contains lyrics to "Auld Lang Syne At School."
