Description
A black and white image of the hole caused by a kamikaze pilot striking the plane near the waterline. Above the damage, and man in a white naval uniform stands in a doorway. There are several ropes looped around the railings of the ship. The back is stamped "Official photograph; not to be released for publication," and is labeled in pencil "Bruno Naczkowski Eng Off; inspecting damage."
