Description
A reprinted photograph of 25 crewmen aboard the USS Witter, identified by the donor as "Comm.," presumably the communications crew. The men are arranged in 3 rows, and six men in the back row are wearing peaked caps while the rest are wearing the "dixie cup" style caps. Other ships are visible alongside the Witter, but are unidentified.
