Francis is in his Navy whites, sans cap, and the boy is wearing shorts, a short-sleeved shirt, and sneakers. The second boy is in the background, leaning against a flagpole with one hand and holding the other end of the line with the other. He is wearing long trousers and a short-sleeved shirt. There are trees in the far background of the photo. The edges of the photo are die-cut, and back is printed "014" in black ink.
