Description
A color photograph of the brick walkway leading up to the Veterans Memorial in Bullens Park, with the Post Office beyond. Located at the intersections of Cabot and Center Sts, the memorial lists Chicopee casualties from the American Civil War through the bombing of the US Embassy in Lebanon in 1983. The photo is undated, but the monument was dedicated in 1987, and the photo was taken in the summer.
