<dcterms:description><![CDATA[A sheet of paper containing a letter to the Chicopee Veterans' Services Department on one side, and a response letter from Mayor Richard Kos on the reverse. The letter from Joseph Ogrodnik Jr to the Veterans' Services is requesting that a street or similar be named after Francis, with information regarding Francis's service. The letter from Mayor Kos, dated April 15, 1998, assures Joseph that he is in full support of a street in Szot Park being named after Francis. There is a written note along the bottom reading "Given [illegible] newspaper article, let me know if I should do anything at this time," and signed by the Mayor. The written portion appears slightly pixelated, suggesting this may be a copy of the original letter.]]></dcterms:description>
