Description
Copies of two articles, one on each side of the sheet, regarding the naming of streets in Szot Park after Chicopee veterans. One article is essentially a rehash of the article in item Ogrodnik-097; the other is about the ceremony when it took place. It is hand-labeled as being from the Springfield Union, 8-6-1998, and includes a photo of the color guard marching to the graveside memorial service for Charles H. Tracy, who served in the Civil War. The article quotes Joseph Ogrodnik Jr as being very pleased that his brother was being honored with a street being named after him, and states that he and his sister Lillian Walas were both in attendance.
