Description
A color photograph of part of the ceremony dedicating WT2c Ogrodnik Drive in Szot Park. Two men stand in front of a stage, next to two wreaths on stands. The man on the left is wearing Navy whites, with his hands at his sides. The man on the right (Joseph Ogrodnik) is wearing civilian clothes, and holding a blue folder. A sign below one of the wreaths describes part of Francis Ogrodnik's military service and subsequent death aboard the USS Witter. Behind the stage setup is a baseball diamond, with bleachers far in the background. The photo is digitally stamped 7/6/98 in the lower left corner.
