    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[This item is a 54 page scrapbook of photographs showing the results of a six-month rehabilitation of the United States Rubber Company&#039;s UniRoyal Tire Plant in Chicopee Falls, Massachusetts. The project was started in July, 1963 and lastest through Demember, 1963. The scrapbook is divided into departments and the photographs show the machines and work spaces within the plant. There are no people in the photographs. The scrapbook was donated by Charles Mathieu, who worked at the Chicopee UniRoyal plant for 34 years. He retired as Comptroller in 1980. ]]></dcterms:description>
