The rows are as followed: American Defense service (crossed out in pen), nothing in stars column; America Area, penciled in dash (--) in stars; Asiatic - Pacific Area, 2 stamped in stars column; Good Conducted (crossed out in pen), penciled in dash (--) in stars column; European - African - Middle Eastern Area (crossed out in pen). The bottom three columns are slashed through. At the bottom in a space for Authenticating Officer is a space for RC Goinzuls. (sp?).
