The image is a cartoon figure, remniscent of Dr. Seuss's characters. It shows an animal (dog?), wearing a striped red and white shirt, khaki pants, red socks, brown shoes and an old-style aviator helmet with goggles. The figure is standing against a blue-green circle and on top of a puffy shape that is a tanned-yellow color, possibly a cloud. The figure stands in profile with his legs crossed. His right arm is outstretched, fingers snapping. His right hand is down behind him and holding a cartoon gun. There is a liquor bottle with three Xs (XXX) in his back pocket. The figure has a red ring around his eye and his tongue sticking out. A faded "OH" in bock letters can be seen on the left side of the blue-green circle, as if shining through from the back or the imprint of another page on top of this image.
