Dated 7 June 1945, this previously confidential report details the screening activities of the USS Foreman (DE-633); the USS Whitehurst (DE-634); the USS England (DE-635); the USS Witter (DE-636); the USS Bowers (DE-637); and the USS Willmarth (DE-638). It notes that this report includes "only matters not likely to be covered by the individual ships, or of unusual interest" to "reduce duplication." The report is signed by Frederic W. Hawes.
