Description
The newspaper has the name Chicopee Falls at the top, with the title "Feted by Friends" below it. Below that is a headshot image of a young man with dark hair, dressed in a suit. Below that is the name "Rioux Bolduc." Following is the text, "Chicopee Falls, March 22--A fare-well party was given last night for Rioux Boldux who leaves for the navy tomorrow, in the home of his parents, Mr and Mrs Adonia Bolduc of 90 Waite avenue. Fifty friends and relatives were present, including Victor E. Strycharz who leaves for service the same date. / Entertainment was furnished by Terry Baribault, pianist; Miss Connie Uloheotis, guitarist, and Raymond Lafromboise, Jr., tap dancer. Enter-tainment was also given by Clatyon Bernard, local comedian and mimic. The guest of honor was presented with a shockproof watch by his father. / Refreshments were served by Mrs Bolduc, Mrs Robert Skellings, Mrs Daniel Sheehan and Mrs Frank Duckworth."
