Description
The newspaper has a banner with the heading "Schoolboys in Service" with two stylized soldiers bookending the title. Below that is two columns of text (from two clippings pasted together) written by George Springer. The text reads, "There's one thing that has struck a happy note with many of the boys in service who are in contact with this column, and it's the fact that the city has postponed any efforts to celebrate V-day when the fight is over with Nazi Germay.
