Teen Summer Reading 2020 Mega Post!

What’s all this about summer reading you ask? Our Teen Summer Reading program lets you earn raffle chances that you can put towards awesome gift cards! All you need to do is keep track of the time you spend reading! Read a book? Log it. Read a comic or manga volume? Log it. Listen to an audiobook? Log it. Read some great, or not-so-great, fanfiction? Log it! We also have some awesome virtual programming that you can participate in and help plan!

How do I participate in Teen Summer Reading 2020?

You can sign up for our reading program though our website by clicking here or by downloading the Beanstack Tracker app for your Android or iOS device! Either one can be used to sign up, and you can then use the app or website to log hours to unlock raffle chances!
If you need help using the app or website, check out our tutorial videos on our Youtube channel or feel free to give us a call!

In addition to earning raffle chances by reading anything or listening to audiobooks, you can also earn more by completing a variety of activities or challenges!
Some examples are:

  • Have a dance party!
  • Cook something new!
  • Read or listen to a new release!
  • Use one of our e-catalogs to check out something!
  • Unlock an ending in our Choose Your Own Adventure story!

You can also help unlock even more raffle chances through our Monster Hunter Challenge! For more information about that challenge, and the list on monsters you will be hunting, follow this link to the Monster Hunter Challenge post!

What can I get with all these raffle chances?

Every raffle chance you earn can be put towards one of four gift cards we are giving away as prizes this year. You can choose to put them all towards one, or spread them across multiple cards!
All gift cards are for $25 and are for the following:

  • Amazon.com
  • Hot Topic
  • Coldstone Creamery
  • Panera Bread

Curbside Pickup!!

We may not be fully open, but you can now get your books, comics, manga, DVDs, and music! Give us a call and we can grab the items you’d like off the shelf and schedule a time for them to be picked up! You can also use our outside drop box to return any items you may have. Thanks for taking care of them for so long! <3
